A match is
not a week.

The build-up. Kick-off. The final whistle. Your fans still have six days to fill.

They are debating in group chats, checking fantasy teams and watching clips. The conversation carries on. Too often, your own site is not part of it.

Make returns
count.

Engage fans.

A prediction gives Thursday a job. A companion gives Tuesday a conversation. Rewards give the next visit a reason. The habit leads back to your club, not just another platform.

Activate sponsors.

Put a sponsor behind a challenge, reward or mission. Agree what to measure before launch: entries, consented opt-ins and redemptions, not just impressions.

Grow revenue.

Connect optional fan extras, sponsor-funded activity and local rewards to a shared commercial model. Fans choose what to spend. The club sees the agreed reporting.

Cleo builds and runs the programme. Your team approves the club identity, campaigns and companion knowledge. Scope and launch timing are agreed together.

Your home.

Free-to-play predictions, points and streaks, brought into your club's world. Fans make their picks, compare results and come back for the next fixture.

The club version is designed around your colours and website. Sponsor-backed challenges and optional extras are part of the commercial discussion, not a charge just to join in.

AI Club Companion

A Tuesday night
conversation.

A clearly labelled AI companion, working from club-approved information and a voice you choose. Think history questions, fixture information and supporter help between matches.

Agree the knowledge sources, human handover and content controls in the demo. Not a promise that AI knows every story or never gets an answer wrong.

Club loyalty

The club and
the high street.

Recognise the things fans already do: attend, play, shop and move. Bring club, sponsor and local-business rewards into one club-branded programme.

A sponsor offer. A club-shop reward. A visit to the chippy near the ground. Agree partners, earning rules and redemption reporting with your commercial team.

Shop and Move for Good

A reason beyond
the result.

Connect a shirt purchase or a movement mission to a defined contribution for your foundation or local cause. Tell fans what action counts, who funds it and how it is reported.

Shopping can support a meal campaign. Walking, running and cycling can support a sponsor-funded mission. Build the cause into participation, rather than adding a donation request at the end.

Fan actionDefined fundingReported contribution

Here is
the catch.

We share in what the programme generates. Under the proposed club offer there is no licence fee or build charge. The club and Cleo share agreed revenue from the activities switched on.

Fans can play the core prediction game free. Optional extras are a separate choice. Sponsors can fund challenges and rewards. Cause contributions have a clear funding mechanism.

Your club-specific terms belong on one page at the demo. Scope, operating costs, exit terms and responsibilities must be agreed before launch.

What stays clear.

  • No stake on a result in the proposed free-to-play core.
  • Your badge comes first.
  • Paid extras are explained, not hidden.
  • Data access, permissions and exports agreed in writing.

Straight
answers.

Who owns the data?

The programme is built around your supporter relationship. Access, consent, hosting, exports and controller/processor responsibilities must be set out in the agreement before launch.

Will fans see a cash grab?

Keep the core game free and make extras genuinely optional. Tell fans plainly where money goes and which contributions a sponsor funds.

Is this gambling?

The proposed core uses free-entry predictions and points, not a stake on a result. Prize rules and any paid extras need review against the final mechanics before a club launches.

Are these fan tokens?

This club proposition is about points, rewards and participation, not tradable fan tokens or an investment. Fan-facing experiences and any collectible terms should be clear before launch.

How much team time?

Your team approves identity, campaigns and knowledge sources. Cleo runs the agreed programme. We scope the work together rather than promise an untested hour a week.

What about our sponsors?

Start with the sponsors you already have. Agree categories, approvals and inventory with your commercial team before adding local reward partners.

What if it is not for us?

Agree review points, notice periods, data exports and switch-off in writing. A no-licence-fee offer is not a substitute for clear exit terms.

How soon can we launch?

Scope comes first: site integration, identity, rewards, content and approvals. We agree a realistic launch plan around your fixture calendar during the demo.

See your
club in it.
